By using FeelSong you agree to what is below. It is written to be read.

What FeelSong is

An app that writes and records a song from a short conversation, and plays music chosen to fit how you feel. It is entertainment. It is not a professional recording service and it makes no promise that any particular song will be good.

Credits and purchases

• Writing a song spends credits. New devices start with some, and more can be bought or earned.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another device or person.
• Purchases are made through Apple. Apple handles billing and refunds — ask them at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us as well if credits did not arrive; we can see that and fix it.
• A subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple account settings.

The songs you make

They are yours. Play them, send them, post them. We claim no ownership of a song you made, and we do not need a licence to it beyond what running the app requires — storing it, and serving it on a link you chose to share.

Two things are worth knowing. A song is generated, which means copyright in AI-generated audio is unsettled in many countries and we cannot promise you own it the way you own something you recorded yourself. And FeelSong may produce something similar for somebody else — nothing here is exclusive to you.

What you type

You keep whatever rights you have in what you write. You give us permission to send it to the services that turn it into a song, and to store it with the result.

Do not put anything into FeelSong that you do not have the right to use — in particular, do not paste in the lyrics of somebody else’s song and ask for it back.

What not to do

• Do not use FeelSong to make something that harasses, threatens or impersonates a real person.
• Do not use it for anything illegal where you are.
• Do not try to break, overload or work around the app’s limits, and do not resell access to it.

We may stop serving a device that does. Where we can, we will say why first.

Music you did not make

Songs FeelSong plays that you did not write belong to whoever wrote them. They are there to listen to inside the app; they are not yours to download, redistribute or use commercially.

Availability

FeelSong depends on services we do not control. It can be slow, and it can be down. We try to keep it up and we do not promise that it always will be. Features may change or be removed.

Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like — write to us to have your songs deleted. We may end your access if these terms are broken, or if we stop running the app; in that case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused paid credits where the law requires it.

Liability

FeelSong is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, WaveSparkArt LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you before you next make a song. Continuing to use FeelSong after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of New Mexico, USA, and disputes go to the courts located there.
